Integrated Energy, Air Quality, Greenhouse Gas Plan for the Resort Municipality of Whistler

The Sheltair Group managed the preparation of this plan, which identified opportunities for Whistler to achieve their energy, GHG, and air quality goals with an integrated approach. During the course of this project, a Sustainable Energy Vision was prepared which identified longer-term opportunities to apply the Natural Step System conditions to energy management. The work involved profiling and forecasting energy, energy related expenditures, and greenhouse gas and other air quality emissions in the community over the next 20 years. After the plan was completed, Sheltair continues to assist the community with implementation.
