BUILDING SCIENCEThe Council of the Haida Nation and BC Hydro commissioned the The Sheltair Group to develop a Community Electricity Plan (CEP) for Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands. The plan for the islands was developed with input from the island community and reflects residents’ expressed values and goals. The CEP includes both a technical program and a public involvement program.
