BUILDING SCIENCEThe Council of the Haida Nation and BC Hydro commissioned the The Sheltair Group to develop a Community Electricity Plan (CEP) for Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands. The CEP is expected to be complete by the end of 2007. The plan for the islands is being developed with input from the island community and will include residents’ expressed values and goals. The CEP includes both a technical program and a public involvement program.
