Developed and implemented green site and building design guidelines for the Town of Banff and the Resort Municipality of Whistler

The Sheltair Group assisted the Town of Banff in developing a program to improve the environmental performance of its building stock by implementing guidelines for the design, construction, and operation of buildings and their sites, along with a standardized building assessment and rating methodology. Although the focus was on the needs of the Town of Banff, the approach taken was as comprehensive enough to result in a set of deliverables that have wide-ranging applicability.
