The Sheltair Group worked with the Capital Regional District (CRD) to complete a Community Energy Plan (CEP), following the Partners for Climate Protection (PCP) framework, as developed by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. The result was a strategy to manage the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions throughout the region's 13 municipalities and 3 electoral areas. The CEP was a regional initiative that was facilitated by the CRD in partnership with its member municipalities, utility providers, BC Transit and other stakeholders.
